Terence Cheng, Co-Founder
For over 25 years, Terence Cheng (as the President of China Doll Design, Inc. and CEO of Mega International Management) has specialized in construction management for properties ranging from high end luxury condominiums, office space, retail storefronts, to the excavation and renovation of whole rental buildings throughout New York in Manhattan, Queens, Nassau, and White Plains. Previous clients include corporate headquarters, financial institutions, showroom, hotels, lobby installations, retail stores, and restaurants as well as non-traditional projects.
Terence has an extremely rare and unique skill set which combines decades of personal experience in real estate development, construction management, property management, investing, and fundraising. Michael Cheng, Co-Founder
Mike has a degree in Marketing from NYU's Stern School of Business and 15 years of experience in real estate investment, development, and management. He began his real estate career, while in college, by buying single-family houses at foreclosure sales and flipping them. By the age of 23, Mike had purchased, managed, and sold 19 single-family houses. At 24, he went from flipping single-family properties into ground-up development. Mike has also spent 3 years living in Shanghai where he developed a network of high-net worth Chinese buyers and investors.

As a real estate investor, Michael has a razor-sharp eye for identifying incredible value in profitable real estate deals. Mike's primary role is in site acquisitions, syndication and fundraising, and project management.

Mike currently serves as the Chairman of Commercial RE at the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA)'s NY-East Chapter. AREAA is the nation's largest Asian nonprofit with over 18,000 members and 41 chapters. Michael also serves on Queens Community Board No. 7 (Greater Flushing area), and the CAC Board for the #1 NY Presbyterian Hospital.

Terence Park, Managing Partner
Terence Park is a Managing Partner at Epos Development and Epos Capital LLC, exploring business in the U.S.A. and beyond. Strategic and results-focused Harvard-educated real estate acquisition commanding 33 years of progressive, dynamic, and complex acquisition situations in the real estate world. Forward-thinking change agent offers extensive real estate transaction experience to create a fair and win-win situation for both parties. Expert in funding lauded for developing, promoting, and executing strategic plans to acquire real estate projects by pulling a team together for success.
Experienced realtor, Terence, was one of the leading members of the 750-million-dollar mixed-use development project, Global Station, in Atlanta, Georgia. He served as a Senior Advisor at Trinity Real Estate Advisory LLC, orchestrating Public Relations and Funding Procurement. Terence has an extensive governmental relationship where he was able to procure the funds for the Global Station project through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Terence built governmental and community connections while serving at the New York City Mayor's Office of Koch, Dinkins, and the Mayor Rudy Giuliani Administration. He continues to cherish a tight relationship with New York City, State and Federal governments, and multi-complexed communities through serving the most significant New York City Community Board #7 as a board member since 1999 and as a Community Advisory Councilmember at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital for 26 years. He is the Founder and President of Asian American Voters Alliance (AAVA), serving communities and building vast connections to assist our friends in the business.
Alan Cheng, Principal
Lawrence Wai, Principal
Alan’s exceptional artistic and creative vision makes him an invaluable member of the construction and interior design team at Epos. As a graduate from the School of Visual Arts in NY, Alan has tremendous experience in interior design and construction. One of the great strengths he brings to the table is his organizational and managerial expertise and ability to spearhead multiple construction projects simultaneously. Some of Alan’s previous projects
include build-outs for noteworthy clients such as: Vigoss Jeans, Rampage, Tommy Bahama, Mudd Jeans, Adjmi Apparel, ES Sutton, and Sharper Image.
Lawrence graduated with dual majors in Finance and International Business from NYU's Stern School of Business.
Having been in the financial sector for 15 years, he has utilized his network of relationships to help Epos syndicate and acquire new projects. He currently spends his time traveling extensively between the United States and Asia forging ties with some of the largest conglomerates and helping expand Epos's global relationships.
