The Architectural Designer is responsible for the development, design, architectural review, and estimating of new ground-up hotel and condo projects throughout Queens and Manhattan; Drafting preliminary plans to minimize loss factors and maximize spacial efficiency, detailed renderings, interior designs, and zoning analyses for potential new acquisitions; also responsible for managing relationships with related planning partners, including the day-to-day collaboration with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to drive quality designs and supporting growth of the company.
