Seeking: Land, Small or Mid-size buildings, development sites

 

Manhattan, below 96th Street:

  • Vacant or partially-vacant buildings

    • Prefer one to six story mixed-use w/ retail which can be renovated and repositioned

    • Buildings with un-used air-rights

  • Development Sites up to $400/ BSF

    • Minimum 25’x100’ lot size

 

Queens – Flushing, Woodside, Jackson Heights, Elmhurst, Forest Hills, Rego Park, Bayside, Astoria, LIC

  • Development Sites for Multi-Family, Mixed-Use Condos, and Hotels of any/all sizes

 

Brooklyn – Greenpoint / Williamsburg

  • Vacant or partially-vacant buildings (prefer one to six stories which can be renovated and repositioned)

  • Buildings with unused air-rights
